Birthday Cake - Ben 10 Heatblast

Today is Seanyu's 4th Birthday and he requested Ben 10 - Heatblast on his birthday and I'd spent two days making this 3kg cake. I made a 3 layer sponge cake and filled them with chocolate mousse and ganache cream. Then covered the cake with fresh cream. In my previous cakes, I added jelly coloured topping and this time, also my first attempt, I used dark and white (with colouring) chocolate to transfer the image on to the cake. I'm really happy with the result. Thanks to Happy Flour tips.





Packed the cake in box and delivered to Seanyu's school this morning.

Look how happy Seanyu was this morning, when he saw his favorite idol on his birthday cake.
