Kimberly First Birthday

Kimberly is my niece second baby and we celebrated her first birthday party two days ago. Kimberly only knows how to pronounce papa, mama, jiejie (sister) and "bear bear" correctly, so we decided to make teddy bear theme on the cake. This is a 3kg birthday cake that I made, a chocolate sponge with blueberry filling and frosted with fresh cream. The teddy bear is made from melted white chocolate that mixed with powder coloring.

After I made the chocolate transfer on the cake... Oops! I noticed the teddy bear got cross eyed *>* Luckily I received "Ooh and Wow" on the birthday cake ;DD
