Cheese Cupcakes


Cheese is one of my favorite ingredients that I like to use in my baking and cooking. When I saw this easy and yummy recipe from 温馨小屋 few weeks ago, I immediately bookmarked it and let 7 years old Sean Tze baked this lovely Cheese Cupcakes two days ago.


I'm sure all cheese lovers can never resist to try this recipe



Ingredients: makes 10-12 cupcakes
180g Butter
130g Sugar
3 Eggs
165 Self raising flour
80g Grated Cheddar cheese (I used 90g)
1 1/2tbsp Full cream milk

Method:

  • Beat butter, sugar and eggs together.
  • Dump in flour, mix at low speed for a minute.
  • Add in grated cheddar cheese and milk and mix for 30 second.
  • Use a rubber spatula mix well and scoop batter into cupcake cases.
  • Bake at 170C for 25 mins.
  • Cool on wire rack.
