Yogurt Brownie 优格布朗尼 + Christmas Giveaway


Hello everyone and Happy Christmas eve! I'm back from my holidays few days ago and I'm excited to share with you this Yogurt Brownie recipe and Blueberry Lime Jelly recipe (in my next post) which are featured on Gourmet Living Magazine Dec 2015/Jan 2016 issue. There are many easy and interesting recipes created by great chefs and homemakers in this magazine. Yogurt Brownie


      Ingredients:
      120g salted butter, softened at room temp
      120g semi-sweet chocolate, chop into pieces
      4 large eggs, separated from whites
      1tsp vanilla extract
      90g brown sugar
      140g plain flour
      2tbsp cocoa powder
      1tsp baking soda
      100g natural yogurt
      1tbsp rum

      Chocolate Topping ingredients (mixed well)
      45g plain flour
      2tbsp cocoa powder
      30g raw sugar
      30g salted butter, softened at room temp

      Method:

  • Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. Set aside.
  • Whisk egg whites from medium to high speed to form with peaks.
  • Beat yolks, vanilla extract and brown sugar at medium speed in another mixing bowl till thick and fluffy. Slowly pour yolk mixture into egg white, beating at low speed. Add melted chocolate and mix well.
  • Sift flour ingredients in 3 batches and fold well with a rubber spatula. Add yogurt and rum, mixing well.
  • Pour chocolate batter into a 11 x 7.5 inch cake pan lined with parchment paper at the bottom and sides.
  • Mix chocolate topping ingredients with finger tips into crumbles. Sprinkle evenly over batter.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 170 deg C for about 40 minutes. Leave cake to cool in pan, unmould and cut into pieces. Decorate as desired.

优格布朗尼



      材料:
      120克 含盐牛油,温室软化
      120克 半甜巧克力,切块
      4个 打鸡蛋,蛋白黄分开
      1茶匙 香草香精
      90克 黄糖
      140克 中筋面粉
      2汤匙 可可粉
      1茶匙 泡打粉
      1茶匙 苏打粉
      100克 原味忧格
      1汤匙 朗姆酒

      巧克力铺面用料
      45克 中筋面粉
      2汤匙 可可粉
      30克 原蔗糖
      30克 含盐牛油,温室软化

      做法:
  • 将牛油和巧克力块隔水融化,备用。
  • 先中速度后高速,将蛋白打发到硬性发泡的状态。
  • 在另一个搅拌碗中,用中速度搅打蛋黄,香草精和黄糖至粘稠且松发。将蛋黄混合物慢慢倒入蛋白中,转低速搅打,接着加入融化巧克力搅匀。
  • 接着分3次筛入分类用料,用橡胶刮刀翻拌,加入优格和朗姆酒拌匀。
  • 将巧克力面糊倒入底部和四边铺烘焙纸的11 x 7.5寸烤盘内。
  • 将巧克力铺面用料搓捏成碎粒状,然后均匀分布在面糊上。
  • 放入预热烤箱摄氏170度的烤箱,烘烤约40分钟。让蛋糕连模待凉,脱模,切块。加入上喜欢的装饰即可。
